Sold individually: each purchase includes one band, not the full five-band collection shown in some images.
Choose your resistance
- Red: 10–35 lb; 1/2-inch width.
- Black: 30–60 lb; 7/8-inch width.
- Purple: 40–80 lb; 1-1/4-inch width.
- Green: 50–120 lb; 1-3/4-inch width.
- Blue: 60–150 lb; 2-1/2-inch width.
Each band is 41 inches long. Resistance varies as the band stretches. Select a variant to check its current availability.
Materials and care
Made from 100% natural latex. Do not use if you have a latex allergy. Inspect the band before each session, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and stop using a damaged band.
